These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the thclickhype website and educational services. By accessing our site or enrolling in any program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Definitions

• "thclickhype", "we", "us", "our" — the financial education business operating from Chiang Mai, Thailand
• "Service" — the educational programs, sessions, materials, and website provided by thclickhype
• "User", "you" — any individual accessing the website or enrolled in a program
• "Content" — all written, visual, and digital materials produced by thclickhype
• "Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions as accepted by the User

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or enrolling in any thclickhype program, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you are accessing our services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation.

3. Nature of Our Service

thclickhype provides financial education — structured programs designed to improve participants' understanding of financial concepts, terminology, and tools. We do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, insurance guidance, or tax consultation. Nothing in our programs should be construed as a recommendation to take or refrain from taking any specific financial action.

Our services are available in-person at our Chiang Mai office and, where agreed, via video call. Availability is subject to scheduling and may vary during Thai public holidays.

4. Enrollment and Booking

• Program enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or an agreed deposit
• Session times are agreed between thclickhype and the client prior to commencement
• Changes to session scheduling require at least 48 hours' notice from the client
• thclickhype reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances with reasonable notice

5. Payment Terms

• All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of materials unless otherwise stated
• Payment is accepted by bank transfer or cash prior to the commencement of sessions
• Full program fees are due before the first session unless a written instalment arrangement is agreed

REFUND POLICY

• Cancellation before session 1: full refund less any administrative costs
• Cancellation after session 1: refund for unused sessions, prorated from total fee
• No refund is issued for sessions already delivered
• Refund requests should be submitted in writing to [email protected]

6. User Responsibilities

• Attend sessions at agreed times; late cancellations (under 24 hours) may be charged
• Use all materials provided by thclickhype for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• Do not record sessions without prior written consent from thclickhype
• Treat educators and staff with courtesy and respect
• Not misrepresent the content or conclusions of thclickhype programs to third parties

7. Intellectual Property

All curriculum materials, written guides, comparison charts, and digital content produced by thclickhype are the intellectual property of thclickhype. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for your own educational purposes. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or commercially exploit any thclickhype content without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer

thclickhype programs are educational in nature and are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no representation that participation in any program will result in specific financial decisions, outcomes, or improvements to your financial situation. Educational outcomes depend on individual application of the knowledge acquired.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, thclickhype's total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of our website or programs shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the program in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including any financial decisions made based on knowledge gained in our programs.

10. Confidentiality

thclickhype treats all personal financial information shared during sessions as strictly confidential. Our educators will not disclose client information to third parties except where required by law. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate an enrollment arrangement with written notice. thclickhype may terminate access to its services in cases of misconduct, non-payment, or breach of these terms. Refund entitlements in termination cases are as set out in Section 5.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Chiang Mai Province. 13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
